Chicago

Whenever I see the great divide between the urban and rural population in Chicago I feel like this disparity must end. Underprivileged people not just in Chicago but across the world need a chance and funny as it may sound, i feel it needs prayer and a sort of that divine feeling of meditation in Chicago. I feel the man has no doubt progressed and there are corporations in Chicago that have to build big offices spaces in tall skyscrapers but we do not have the divine godliness in us to create simple solutions so every kid on the street can see a promising future. Few years back, I came across these yoga classes in chicago called Sahaja Yoga and found them truly inspirational. It was started by a great Guru and Mother of our times and her name is Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi or some call her as Nirmala Devi or Nirmala Mataji. She has triggered an inner revolution within human beings by the spiritual awakening of the divine godliness within us…a motherly energy called the Kundalini. Now, my solution is simple – when we meditate and become one with God then automatically we develop respect for each other regardless of our status, money, position etc we hold in society and automatically achieve that dignity that God wants us to have. It is only when we feel this oneness that the divine light and spiritual healing will happen within and outside us. Even if you listen to what Jesus said in the Bible, reading the Lord’s prayer “Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who tresspass against us” apart from the fact we have to forgive, we also need to believe that we are one and not separate as we think. After doing Sahaja Yoga, the meditation makes me feel this oneness and amazing divine meaning manifest in my own life….i mean it. I hope the faith in God and Jesus can be re-established and I urge you to try these meditation classes in Chicago

Here is a small excerpt from her talks, hope you enjoy (wake up Chicago we gotta stop seeing money in everything…at least for our kids and generations to come to live a more peaceful and balanced life ?)

“But in the modern times, the philosophy has taken place by economics. So we want to see what is the economic value of everything. In that then we try to develop it in such a way that it is appealing more to the economic value, and that is why the modern man cannot see the beauty, which is beyond economics. He runs from places to places thinking that it has more economic value, but that value cannot give you joy. Up to the point that when it comes to art also people make it an economic value. They will buy a painting because it can be resold. They’ll put a money in a jewelry which can be resold. The whole thing you can see so clearly that even the gold and silver has got a brand. Everything is branded, standardized”
